Hi, my name is Dario and I'm a full-stack developer. I work all day as a full-time employee, so I'm using freelancer.com for add some extra money to my account, for me and my family. I will work in the night (Rome, UTC/GMT +1 hour), so we can use chat and emails for communications. I will also use the freelancer.com desktop app so you can monitor my activities, I have nothing to hide. My policy is to bid only for projects that I'm really able to manage, for time and based on my real skills. I also think that if I don't finish the work for any reason you don't have to pay me. For these reasons all my bids will have three milestones: - Analysis of the job and possible solutions: free of charge - Development phase: from 10% to 50% of the fee (depends on duration) - Satisfaction check and finishing phase: the remaining of the fee For jobs below $100 the bill will be payed only at work done.
