• The role holder is responsible for the design and implementation of Cisco UCAAS solutions. • Provide technical design, support, resolving escalated technical issues within own work area during implementation and in-life phase. • To provide ICT advice and/or professional services to both internal and external clients. • To provide support on projects, carrying out elements of the research, analysis and/or delivery. • Responsible for designing and deploying Cisco voice and collaboration systems. infrastructure networks and provide required support and administration for all customers. • Presales engineer that document the solution design (Proposal, BOQ, LLD and HLD). • Presales engineer that design full network infrastructure solutions including (Network LAN, WAN, Wireless, Contact Center , Security, Voice , Contact Center and Video Conferencing). • Configure, upgrade and migrate Cisco collaboration servers such as (CUCM, CUC, IMP, UCCX, CER , VCS Expressway Core, Edge, Jabber Clients, Conductor, and Telepresence). • Configure Cisco voice routers such as (CME, CUBE, VGW). • Configure Cisco Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, ASA, AP and Core Switches in large scale networks. • Configure telephony Dial Plans, Calls Control/Routing Protocols such as (H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, FXO, FXS and POTS) and high availability features such as SRST. • Implementing Media Resources, IP Phone Features, call hunting, Configure CUC for Voice mail, Auto Attendant and unified messaging. • Configure Telepresence and VCS Expressway servers including domain setup for Microsoft server such as (AD LDAP, DNS, Certificates and LYNC) • Provide basic configuration and requirement for Cisco Wireless and Security. • Installation and configuration of Polycom Realpresence and Cisco Webex. • Integrate Cisco Servers with Microsoft and third party servers (LDAP, Contact Center , Lync, Exchange, Polycom). • Selective Projects : Public Prosecution Galleria Emirates College of Technology SEHA MOFA
