Ø Project Scope & Responsibilities
èThe control room for the Emergency Telephone System consists of GSM Interface for Three GSM telephone lines, one CTI server which handles the call management, Call recording. One Graphical User Interface (GUI) which displays the Site map of expressway at Bangalore and Emergency Telephone Management System (ETMS) software and telephone instruments to attend the calls. Two GSM lines are connected for ETE (Emergency Telephone Equipment) and one GSM line is reserved for Mobile phone users. When call comes from ETE, POPUP having information about that ETE shown on Client Application. A mobile phone user doesn’t have to approach ETE for getting help from the control room. They can call up the Third GSM line of which the number is advertised along the expressway. This line is also connected to CTI, so that calls received on this number can form part of the ETS database for reports and other MIS purpose. One of the Serial Port of Server Machine is used for communicates with Nokia Device to capture SMS from ETE. 4 types of SMS are coming HEALTH SMS, DOOR OPEN, SOLARPANAL REMOOVE, and BATTRY LOW.
Responsibility includes
è Development of CCS (Call Control Server).
è Development of ACD (Automatic call distribution).
è IP Based communication between Client (Agent) and ACD.
