The programmer has said that he would have this done in 2 days. We are well past day 3 going on day 4 and the last communication from hime was at 3:26pm today saying "Hello Leo, Sorry, yes I am working on it. I just haven't been checking email. I'm having some problems debugging, but it should be ready soon. Thanks Rodion" If this is not 100% ready/completed by the morning I want to retract this programmer and hire another. This is a simple web site that we supplied the scripts and just needed some design work and minor modification. The communication has been less than acceptable.

I asked Rodion Efremov to design our newsletter. I sent him a mockup with the general architecture and example of the content. His first graphic proposals were disapointing. I tried to give him some directions but again and again what he produced was awful. Rodion is a nice guy who tries to do his best but unfortunately he has no graphical talent. He is good in HTML and CSS but it remains a technician, he doesn't have this artistical touch which makes a real designer. After one week, I proposed him to find a acceptable solution between us and stop to lose our time. I received as a response "If $45 is not transferred to my account by tomorrow morning, 09:00 CEST I will take further action available through Freelancer.com". So let's do it. I can provide Rodion's work to anybody who would like to judge his talent.
