Description: This project was created for the purpose of maintaining leads via Intranet. The business is any person who wants to settle their debts can apply for the program. Then the FC (Financial Councilor) will communicate with the leads via phone or email. If the lead is very much interested in joining the program then the agreement will be sent to them via email. It has to be filled by the lead and submitted.
The affiliate is the person who is going to appoint FC’s for their business. The admin screen has all the features like adding affiliate to the system, creating the mail formats to the system, adding employees to the system, managing the various events, adding leads to the system, assigning the leads to FC’s and uploading the leads to the system via file upload. The admin screen also has the option to view various reports.
The FC’s screen will have the main screen like view all the leads assigned to him. It also has option to view the reminders if the reminder is set for the particular leads. He also has the option to add new lead to the system and send limited mails the admin has created before.

Description: This project was created for the purpose of maintaining leads via Intranet. The travelers who want to travel for some place will come and register into the system. The travel agents will also come and register into the website. Once the trip was entered by the traveler the trip details will be mailed to agents who was registered before with the price to purchase that lead.
If the agent has clicked the link and clicked the purchase lead button then the sales will be made. The sales details will be stored and viewed at the end of month for billing.

Description: This site was created for rental the apartment online. The apartment was located at Puerto rico island. The photos of apartment view were displayed on homepage and other sub pages. The thumbnail will be shown first when the user clicks that thumbnail large image will be displayed in popup. Whoever wishes to book the apartment will first send a request for quote then the admin will check whether the apartment is free on the requested date using check availability screen. If the date is free he will send the mail to user that the date is free. After user receives the email he can book the apartment via pay pal.
The user has to pay the registration amount and the deposit amount to book the apartment. If he failed to pay the deposit amount the registration will be cancelled and the registration amount will not be refunded.
