I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and served as one of the top Customer service representative on our department. I worked also as a Purchase manager in a manufacturing business in US as an overseas employee and handled a team in the Philippines making sure all the tasks be done in a timely manner like ordering, tracking orders, sourcing suppliers or vendors, negotiating to get the best deals offers.
