Very smart, understands problem well, made an elegant design, very clean and understandable code.. speaks good english , communicates often and a very nice person to work with. I am going to work with him more.

The worker completed the work in well under the alotted time, demonstrated his capability to finish the job during the bidding process, and produced an excellent finished product. The worker was also knowledgeable enough about the work to answer my questions about future enhancements. I would not hesitate to use the services of this worker again.

Again it was a real pleasure to work with Pablote on this project and only fair to mention the circumstances of this project so feature employers can be aware of his good character and professionalism. During the project there were changes required to the development enviroment which technically required a rewrite to most of the code after 90% of it was completed and on time. Pablote did not ask for a workaround, did not complain or even suggest that the work required to spec was completed. While I was researching for an alternative solution, I received an email with rewrittten code to requirements without even asking him to do this. In addition, having been extremely preoccupied with other projects, the only request from the worker were to ask if he could assist in some way or do any further work on the project. Personally, I think that above anything else this is what defines a professional, a team player and a true asset to vWorker community. Thank you so much Pablote. You're not only fine programmer, but a gentlemen.
