I'm Jeff Simons Decena , 24 yrs old, proudly Filipino and I do freelance web graphics designing and development. I got my bachelors degree in Mass Commmunications in Universidad de Manila, formerly City College of Manila, which is one of the state university in Manila, Philippines. Advertising is a particular field I like the most especially on multimedia designs : print, radio, tv, internet. I further develop my skills and learned how to code to show my works to the world. Right now, I am still in the process of learning these new techniques because I believe that learning is an endless process.I am very enthuastic on acquiring new skills that will further enhance my knowledge about this new generation medium.
