Supervising the preparations of accounts of the organisation, on time and accurately and undertaking reconciliation. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Preparing final accounts and participating in auditing. Monitoring the cash flow and preparing the funds flow statement. Supervising the day to day operations, ensuring speedy completion of transactions (like cash management, payroll processing, negotiating past dues, etc.) and managing bank accounts. Preparing and analysing the MIS (generated P&L report & balance sheet) and reporting to the management.
