The purpose of this research was to explore the effect of nepotism, favoritism, and cronyism on job stress, job satisfaction, adverse word of mouth and intention to quit of employees working in the banking sector of Pakistan. Data was collected through a survey with 1000 participants. It was demonstrated that nepotism, favoritism, and cronyism have a negative impact on job satisfaction of employees.
