I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 7 years. I worked as a customer service representative in two of the biggest contact centers in Cebu Philippines “CONVERGYS” and “QUALFON”. Over the last 6 years, I had developed the ability to communicate with all types of people and flexibility to my working arrangement. I was assigned in the Executive Resolutions Department and did inbound and outbound calls. I also responded to e-mails and correspondence for more than two years.
