Development of a module that allows the user to generate invoices manually based on Annex 20 of the tax administration system of Mexico.

In this project, I participated as a full-stack developer, developing the module interface using the ExtJS framework, and the project's backend with Python and PostgreSQL.

Development of a module for manual invoicing.

Optimization of the accounts payable area flow for invoice coding, authorization, payment, and distribution of payment receipts to the supplier.

My role in this project was that of functional leader. I worked hand in hand with a team of 4 developers, 1 technical project leader, 2 QA testers, 2 product owners, and 10 end users.

Among the activities I carried out are:
✅ Analysis of the current process with the product owners.
✅ Gathering requirements with the product owners.
✅ Delimitation of the project scope with the product owners.
✅ Elaboration of the functional definition and approval of it by the product owners.
