I am an information graphic designer and data visualizer. My 14 years of experience includes creating information graphics, PowerPoint presentations, page layout design and story based customized illustrations for various media houses. INFORMATION GRAPHICS Types of infographics that I have worked on are – Process charts, Flow diagrams, survey data graphics, timeline graphics, maps, gif animations, tree maps and standalone feature graphics with illustrations. PAGE LAYOUT DESIGN In magazines and newspapers, I have experience of creating master templates with style sheets, designing page layouts, complex tables and charts for special issues like Forbes 400 rich list issue, feature stories. DATA VISUALIZATION Past 6 years, I got an opportunity to work in domains like Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics and digital publishing. Designing wire frame, mock-ups, revamping of old dashboards, storytelling data driven graphic visualizations, gif animations for online articles have been my focus areas.
