The project is not completed according to the dispute [15 July, 2019] I wish I trusted my instinct regarding his previous negative reviews. I felt I almost had to beg him almost daily to do any work like he was doing me a favor, even though he was getting paid. Hired for 30 hours/week, finished 7h in a week then realized he didn't like the time tracking system with screenshots that he agreed to and everyone uses on Freelancer. When confronted, he just decided to quit and has been actively ignoring our messages ever since, without trying to find a mutual solution together. Very poor communication. His English is good, but I had to ask some questions 3-4 times because he kept ignoring them, which was extremely annoying. Overall, wasted 2 weeks of our time. TBH - it's all for the best, as we had time to reconsider and decided to take the project in a different and better direction. It's a big shame as he seems very knowledgable and we thought he's perfect for the job. If he improves his professionalism, he could actually be an amazing freelancer, no doubts about it!
