I have experience in administration, customer service and working with people from diverse backgrounds (including but not limited to, culture, ethnicity, sex, vulnerable/disadvantaged customers and customers with disabilities) and I am currently enrolled undertake my Diploma of Psychology at Charles Darwin University, I have partially completed my Diploma of Government and am currently transferring my credits as I have begun studying my Diploma of Psychology and Cert III in Business Administration I have strong written and verbal capabilities. I am completely proficient in the Microsoft suite and am a fast learner. I also have experience working in confidential environments due to my work in DHS and accessing the private confidential records of customers, I have an understanding of policies and protocols surrounding confidentiality, privacy and record handling.
