Training and help developing Excel VBA application

I am a US-based Civil Engineer and I know Excel pretty well. Luis knows Excel better than I do, and he also knows Visual Basic extremely well (VBA). We worked well together. I designed a prototype spreadsheet, and he was able to redesign to similar functionality using a database format. He's really good at figuring out how to improve your Excel design. He speaks great English and he has a good Internet connection making video chat and screenshare easy. Time zone is the same as US Central.
