• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing and communication initiatives for multiple platforms and multiple geographies (social, mobile, web, print, etc.) • Design and develop compelling marketing emails, e-Commerce assets, online ads and various web projects as well as catalogs, brochures, name cards, logo art, sales presentations and variety of print design projects. • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business needs. • Responsible for develop wireframe diagrams, mockups, low and high-fidelity prototypes, navigation schemes, and screen flows for mobile application. • Work closely with creative manager to execute the creative director’s design and creative direction. • Work with Development team to improve and elevate online web strategies, brand’s digital creative and interactive web presence. • Ensure that all interactive layouts and presentations are in keeping with the brand aesthetic and direction. • Organize and maintain all visual design collateral and share resources with team members. • Coordinate design execution with printers, developers and copy writers • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing project/task objectives. • Remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization. • Manage multiple projects and timelines and be able to prioritize based on organizational needs.
