I was an HR Contact Center Specialist to a well-known insurance company outsourcing in the Philippines for 4 years. Our team manage HR concerns via phone and e-mail and also assist company benefits. I process data entry of new hires on the Workday system and also do quality check to ensure the accuracy of details and information.
