I need a contract which is suitable for UK employment - i'm hiring an offshore developer who will be paid a % salary based on delivering change online within a set time frame, the below should help understand what i'm looking to do: The position of online development director is to be given to [insert name] and will be paid a salary based on the % of net profit that niftyhub limited generates. Net profit Vs % salary (paid monthly): Up to £10,000 = 15% £10,000 - £50,000 = 10% £100,000 - £250,000 = 7.5% £250,000 = 5% (on-going) As a condition the % salary is based on delivering changes and improvements to brief within an agreed timescales between the managing director or niftyhub limited and the online development director. Delays in the delivery will impact the net salary payable and clawbacks will be possible. I also want the contract to be adaptable incase i need to hire another person on a % salary
