Require skilled & Experienced & motivated Virtual Assistant with Project management skills and experience to start asap. Virtual Assistant required with the following skills and willing to learn more required skills quickly as needed. Required Skills: Project Management experience project planning & scheduling Client communication Design revision (eye for design, colour combinations etc) Project Brief writing Freelancer site management, job listing, provider reviewing & shortlisting. Asana or Podio experience (or similar) Excel Data Entry Data Processing Online research Email handling Basic Wordpress - adding posts and pages and images - Wordpress - manage loading content Basic social Media management (Hoostuite a bonus skill/experience) Google Apps - Email. calendar, Google Drive etc Dictation - from recorded audio of instructions Must be willing to work / be available Australian hours 9am - 6pm. (some very occasional overtime or weekends may be required.) Must have excellent English written and spoken. Must have Skype with good internet speed & connection Email Marketing & lead sourcing Management of a freelancer account short listing potential jobs Bonus skills (or willing to learn): Ontraport Zoho CRM Must be driven to learn quickly and if needed in your own time if sometimes not experienced in a skill you want to be better at. Must have positive happy go getter attitude. Hiring ASAP - trial tasks given during first interview. All proposals must details full skills & experience. All applicants must be online to discuss role during AU hours. This role will hopefully be hired this week if right applicant found. Bonuses will be paid on top of hourly rate for project management tasks completed and marketing that returns ROI. We are looking for long term ongoing VA with strong project management skills who takes pride in their work & thinks & works for long term mindset. Full time secure wage + bonuses will be offered (3-6 months) if impress and fit team). Education, courses & upskilling will be offered. More skills = more potential earn and promotion to lead. Full detailed proposal required so we know you are serious, have taken the time to read this brief and are willing to review details. You will submit the code word "Orange" into your proposal so we know you have read this and are not just broadcasting submissions. "Orange" I have a strong command in English so writing proposals and communicating with clients shouldn't be a problem. My current work hours is flexible so I would be available to offer my assistance anytime. If for some reasons I can't, you can shoot me an email and I'll get them done. As most of the work is done online, internet connection is the least to be worried about as I have good internet connection. I am currently working as a Manager for a small firm of 6 people in Malaysia. My boss has several businesses, so, he has entrusted me with some level of decision making for the welfare of the company. Currently, I oversee the marketing, admin, sales, stocks etc (except for accounting & finances). In the past, I have also organized a few events/seminars for the company. Hence, I do think that I have project management experience that you are looking for. As for technical skills, I am familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point and Words. I check my email frequently, so email handling wouldn't be a problem as well as data entry, data processing, online research, google apps etc. For any other skills that I may be lacking, I am willing to learn and put some hours into it.
