Very easy Wordpress -- 2

Hello, I have the need to create a very basic Wordpress site with two main functions. The first function is the ability as a new visitor, to create a profile page on my website. When creating a profile, the user needs to put in: profile picture, some basic information and also categorize themselves into categories (12 different, min 1 max 5), and finally put in 4 different values (amount of followers, engagement rate, avg views per post/followers, avg left swipe). The second function is to be able to search for these profiles with a search function. The search functions should have the option of a search bar showing search results based on profile writings. The search function should also have the 12 categories and the 4 different values to refine the search, only showing profiles which meet the search criterias. The visual of the webpage is nothing I care for, only these functions mentioned above. I believe that this project is very simple, and should not take more than an hour to fix.
