Organiser & Personal Assistant
$2-8 AUD / jam
I'm seeking an organised all rounder as a personal assistant for approximately 5-10 hours per week and hours and tasks may increase with training and trust. Business area revolves primarily around haircare and parenting.
This job requires:
-Organising a schedule for someone who has a lot on but no central organiser.
-Ability to setup and manage an organisation tool of your choice.
-Willingness to stay in touch via email and Facebook messenger.
-Be able to be contacted and reply within 12 hours. I am on GMT+10 time (Australia).
-Ability to do online research.
-Ability to manage if I'm out of touch for several days due to busy lifestyle and work.
-Highly trustworthy and able to manage confidential information.
Highly considered but not mandatory:
-Experience with Wordpress or any form of online CMS.
-Experience with graphic design such as Canva or Picmonkey.
-Any background in marketing or business.
The role does not involve the following:
- Making phone calls.
