Native Danish Speakers - Record 15 Short Phrases at Varying Distances

You do not need to be a professional voice talent to do these recordings. If you would like to complete the job, please send a proposal and then you will be sent a link where you will follow the instructions to record the phrases. You will fill in some basic demographic information and then you will be able to record the phrases directly through the site. You will press "record" to start the recording session and then you'll walk as far away from the computer as you can, while still being able to read the phrases. The recording page will auto advance after 8 seconds and you'll see the next phrase to be recorded. After you've completed half of the phrases, move half way towards the computer, so you're closer than you were. You will see these instructions on the recording page as well. **Please listen to the sample audio clip at the top of the recording page before you begin your recordings.** Please either use a standing microphone or the built-in microphone on your computer and do the recordings in a quiet place. Do not use a mobile phone to do these recordings. We reserve the right to reject any recordings that do not meet our quality standards. We recommend using Chrome to do these recordings. Those who successfully complete the recordings will each receive $20.00. Please note that this was a fixed-price project; proposals over $20.00 cannot be accepted. You must be a native speaker of Danish and be at least 18 years old. Please only participate in one session; you will not be paid for multiple submissions.
