Dynamic Generated User Manual with Text and Images
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a dynamic generated user manual for my company. The manual should include both text and images to provide a clear understanding of the company's features and functionalities or services.
We need to send every customer a security policy. This policy exists with dynamic content, like customers company name, certain persons names and roles, etc. Next there is default a set of standard text and images but also certain sets of text based on the services that the customer is using.
For example, our company has about 40 services we offer, but not every customer has signed up for all these services. So when we generate the document, I need to be able to select which services this customers uses, and based on this selection the description (text and images) are added to the document.
It must be easy to add, delete, or modify services and the corresponding content to it.
The content of each service will be created by me, I just need the template
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating dynamic generated documents
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word
- Ability to add tables and charts in the document
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
Requirements:
- The generated document should be in Microsoft Word format
- The purpose of the document is to provide users with a security workbook of the services they use.
- The freelancer should be able to add images and tables in the document to enhance its readability and visual appeal
