Special woocommerce shipping setup acording to product name

We have a woocommerce shop that dont use product categories.
We need shipping configured on products according to their names.
All products in shop have a 8 figured number as name, last 4 figures show product category.
Some of these categories need special shipping setup.
We need a way to add shipping so all with same number/category get same shipping cost.
Max cost must be 50 usd
