Virtualization for Windows VPS

We are currently having a dedicated server in linux (Centos 6.4) and we have virtualized it with OpenVZ. We have connected it with SolusVM so as the orders to be automatically accepted via WHMCS, and thus to have a better perspective.
Our clients now, need Windows VPS. We can't create windows VPS with OpenVZ, so:
-We are looking for a virtualization platform that is compatible with SolusVM and can create Windows VPS.
-Or else, a virtualization platform which is compatible with WHMCS and can create Windows VPS.
The main Operating system will be Linux (preferrable) or Windows. This server (2nd dedicated that you will setup) will be a slave in the SolusVM Master of the 1st dedicated which currently runs OpenVZ.
What you will have to say:
1) If you have completed a project like that succesfully before
2) If you are familiar with all these programs/softwares
3) What virtualization platform will be used
4) With what other ways can this project be completed (For example, having VMware)
5) What are your contact ways
6) What will be the pricing of licences/software that will be used
