We need a custom report for our WHMCS, which cover these 3 areas: 1. New customer (Installed Based Software) - how many customer are join us will add: -Brand + its details (Serial Number and model and system information) -Location Installed -SLA (just a drop box) -Nett Service Level (just a drop box) -Agreement Status (Active/Not) - Drop box -Auto Support (Yes/No) -Drop box **All of this will be add at customer information page. **When customer order the package, it will trigger "join us". So in report this is the trigger points *** THIS DATA IS NEEDED WHEN GENERATE REPORT IN REPORT SUMMARY SECTION 2. Renew Contract Parameter (this customer are renewed for more than 1 YEAR) - based on existing customer. -System location -Brand + its details (Serial Number and model and system information) -Serial Number -Agreeement Type (just a text box) -Service Contract Type (just a text box) -Service Contact Start and Stop (there have a date picker over here) -90 days quote (text box) -log decline (text box) -Reason Decline (text box ) ** This might at customer page too. But we need a date picker as well for the dates. *** THIS DATA IS NEEDED WHEN GENERATE REPORT IN REPORT SUMMARY SECTION 3. Ticket/Case management (Report Generation) - this will be the report format (REPORT SUMMARY) -Customer details (customer info in page) -System Information -SLA (1-10 radio button / dropbox) -Case Duration (Ticket Duration) -Assigned Engineers - Expected Arrival Engineer - Actual Arrival Engineer - Replacement Dispatched (Yes / No) drop box -Replacement defective item return (Date) - Case description (pull data from ticket) -Problem resolution -Total Case per system **This part will be logged when customer submitting ticket. ** This part also in ticket section of every customer also it store in database and will be generate report from WHMCS >>REPORTS >> MODULENOWNAME ***Report is generated in EXCELL AND PDF **based on date picker (let say 2 customer involved from 1 jan 2016 to 31 Jan 2016, then it will be 2, if we pick other date afterwards will be 0 - logic thinking) And the report should combined for 3 section of above in excell and pdf. but the data store should be placed under ticket / customer information page. So summary: data input will be in customer page, and ticket. Report generation: at report page. So in final report, You can Generate the report based on Brands, Start date and end date. or generate by customer to excell and PDF Report consist of 3 (new customer installed, customer renew, and case/ticket management)
