Wordpress content and design

Hi, I'm looking for a confident person who have experience in wordpress content, and can help me to built faster my wordpress web site. Means: content in french = writing, choose and apply free royalties picture, liked page and design the whole site. The site is already started but I should finish it faster than I can do by myself only and would like to have help and delegate task to achieve it. Also to have good idea to creat it. The subject of the site is real estate and architecture, interior design. It's also a plus if you have knowledge or interest in this topic. For example, I can request to find a nice and right example of picture to illustrate a contruction home style.
