Website Fixed/Updated

This is what I need fixed/updated. The website is http://www.villaoceanmist.com. I have the PSD's to make the necessary changes. 1) Navigation bar needs to be implemented and fixed. The Tabs are supposed to change on mouseover. 2) Currently this site is using superfish, it either needs to be replaced with a similar acting drop-down script or needs to be fixed. 3) The center white background needs to be aligned properly. You will see if you go to a subpage the center background moves. This is because I am no pro and sized the backgrounds manually. 4) There is one other minor graphic that needs to be placed on the subpages. 5) This site must work on all major browsers. I have noticed an issue with the background and alignment on the Iphone as well. Please read and be confident you can do the edits before bidding. Thank You.
