Web Scraping - Query Database - Browser Output Page(s)

After getting basic daily racecard information, expand this with data from my own database. Then from all the data produce horse racing browser based information pages. I require to able to view the information in a racecard type style each day. ( A word document is attached to the specification) The requirement is using information from racecards (there are a number of websites that publish this information) and use this as a starting reference to produce a similar browser type racecard from my MS-SQL database. Though I am open to any suggestion as to how best do this. First take the basic information from the website racecard, such as Number, Horsename, Weight carried (very important), trainer and jockey etc etc . Next step will be to take this initial information, interrogate the database and extract details related to each horse. This will be each of its last few races it ran in. Important that there is to be some specific (but very easy ) calculations to be carried out, simple add or subtract ones. A performance figure - known as a rating- is given each time a horse races. The calculations will be to adjust to the figures against the weight being carried. This resultant figure will show which horse has the best chance of winning. To make this more valid the report/outcome will show for each horse its best figure from the last two races. The best figure from the last 3 races. The best figure in the last year. All these up to a maximum of one year ago. The best figure in the race with regard for each column should be highlighted (best figure is shown) to make it easy to see/read. A second element of the report will be able to click on a race and this will return the historic data from the database. While not easy to explain I ask you see the screenshot on the Word Doc for how a commercial website does this. Not least as these are easier to define, there should be a way to save and print the details for each days racing. The attached document includes more details and screenshots.
