Too Many Redirects. Website loads on some devices and not others.

I don't know what kind of help I need. All of a sudden my website [login to view URL] will load on some computers and not on others. Even on my phone, with wifi connected it does not load, wifi disconnected and it's fine. I've tried different browsers, all the same. But if I go to work my website runs as normal. I did something though and now it does not work on phone either way. Nothing had been done to website, this just happened on its own. Please, no generic responses. I've got 500 years building websites, see my work here, etc. I don't care about any of that. What I do care about is if you're familiar with my problem and if you can fix it. Generic replies will be ignored and rejected. Please reply about MY situation if you're interested in the work. Thank you!

I don't know if I can repair it. Did you modify the .httacces file? Maybe it's the problem and you will need to have the original. Did you add some SSL plugin?
