Replace Shopperpress wtih Shopperpress Responsive Design - Keeping all Products integrated

my client is using ShopperPress - but - its not been updated for over a year and the latest WordPress updates threw out some of the features; the top menu disappeared, the shopping cart does not work, plugins all disappeared. We need to be sure that the update will not over write products, pricing and details, and shopping cart system - including PayPal integration. I think its best to take a manual update of the database from PHPMyAdmin and WordPress, etc... Please build the site on a new test URL I will assign for you before over-writing to the original one.
