Photo upload & sponsorship intergration to website

I have a site that is 95% of complete. Currently our site only allows you to upload images that are only in a 1200x700 dimension. We are looking for an integration that will allow organizers the ability to upload any size & dimension (ex. facebook cover photo drag option).
Sponsorship-Organizers can create a sponsored event , it will also cost organizers as well.
So when organizers are in the create event stage , there will be a tab where it asks if they want there event to be “sponsored , if they choose to do so it will be $50/7days of sponsoring. So if they chose to sponsor, there event will be in the sponsored event tab for the week of there choosing
Example: event date; December 10
“Sponsored event”
Event will be visible in the tab from December 3rd-10th
