I have a website that produces a document. The document is created from a choice of three forms based on my customer's answers to the questions. The actual Documents are missing a very important sentence on the last page I need that sentence added into the pdf that are created. I need my email address changed on the site and if you can create the new one from my hosting site I would appreciate that. The site itself looks bad due to the way my customers are asked to input their data. I have perfect examples of how each of the 3 possible pdf's should appear. The current documents look great but need simple changes. I would also like to add one extra button on the Start The Process questions & if my customer clicks on it they will receive an extra 2 page pdf, all of the 2 page pdf's will be identical & I will supply you with that document. I would also like to add squareup as a payment source if you can make the document have the option of uploading or receiving an email from the receipt as it does with PayPal.
