Enhance the Look and Functionality of our eCommerce Website

We are looking for a talented web developer/designer who has knowledge developing the back end and the front end of eCommerce websites. If you are this person, we need you to make our eCommerce website more elegant and user-friendly. Our web application is written in Java and the front stack uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc. The site is running on Tomcat.

The project consists of the following milestones:

1) Upgrade jQuery v1.3.2 to v1.11.3 and jqGrid from v3.5.3 to v4.4.3

2) Make the login page (including the sign in form) and other pages look more modern, easier to navigate, and user-friendly

3) Move pages from the second horizontal menu to the first horizontal menu, and then delete the second horizontal menu

4) Move the "Ship Method" bar from the current location to the Shopping Cart Details page

5) Change the background color to a CSS3 gradient background to match the logo background colors, and change the menu color to a color that will blend nicely with the background color

6) Move the search bar to the right side above the menu and put this text inside the bar "Enter keyword, product, or item number"

7) Move “My Account” and “View Cart” to the right side above the search bar. This can be done once the search bar is moved

8) On the sidebar menu for Flowers, add an option to see flowers by color

9) Add the “Update Cart” functionality to the Shopping Cart Details page, so that customers can change the quantity of items and delete items, if they need to do so

10) Change parent, child & sub-child pages from capital letters to normal

11) Add a Re-order (and ability to change the quantity of items) option on the Order History page, so that customers can re-order previously purchased items
