Custom pricing Online store

I have build a website on wordpress already using a theme. I have already written some basic content and even created a woocommerce store. The problem I have is that stock woocommerce is too limiting for the pricing I have. I also have downloaded various woocommerce plugins but it just doesn't seem to do what I need. Either I am not aware of the correct plugins or I need something else entirely. So I am coming here to hire someone that is knowledgeable in creating online stores, I want something I can work on myself so I can add or change services in the future (once you have completed the initial work). I do not sell items, I sell a service. Pricing is not as straight forward as selling tshirts. For example most stores have simple products and as you increase the product, the price increments evenly. Because I sell a service based on weight, as you increase weight the price does not increase evenly. Pricing is not complicated, here is how the pricing works: Main service name: Service "A" Choices: (Service "A" Full) or (Service "A" Partial) Weight: 1 to 50lbs this creates a possible 100 variations. If they select service A and add it to their cart, they now have a discount for SOME of the variations of service B. Important things to note is that the price does not increment evenly as weight goes up. The calculation is done inhouse and depends on many factors. I will supply the pricing info but want to make you aware that its not straight forward as $5 per Lbs. I have a total of 4 products with 210 possible variations each. I actually have created all of this in woocommerce but the only thing I could not do is create the discount for specific variations on another service. You have 2 choices, work with what I already created or start from scratch. The store will be a secondary page in the website, meaning that the main page is about the main business (already created). You will be in charge of creating a store front that explains the bussness (secondary page) where customers will be informed about the services in a clear maner, then they can pick what services they need. from there they are taken to the service page where they can select the service details and are given a price.
