Hi. I need a web development expert, for my [login to view URL] web site ,mobile site and desktop app.. I want a full stack e-commerce store which will consist of real estate, buying and selling furniture, farming and Gardening tools etc. i am in Kenya. I would like this site build in a reasonable time frame, and a site where companies. Estate agents, individuals and individuals can register inn and sell their products (especially houses and land) at a fee inclusive monthly subscriptions and auto subscription’s. Build in a Native, Desktop Application, do indicate which are the latest technologies and applications that you shall use to build the site. I have registered [login to view URL] in blue Host and therefore we can load the application/software once completed. This should include e-commerce site portfolio site social media site Facebook site Instagram blog etc. We also need a section that allows us to upload pictures for the property/ house on sale. We need to be able to select multiple images or you can also drag and drop them up to a maximum of 10 images per sale.. For each image, you can enter a description. Commission: in the back office, we shall be communicating with the hotel estate agents on the already agreed commissions and the process. the commission charged per sale or lease , percentage calculations and recipts issued inclusive of tax Commission Income Report. tax Commission Income Report This report should be designed to provide a statistic on the commission income earned or a certain period of time. The report shows daily, monthly or yearly commission income I would also like you to provide me with encryption of database and with cookies and sessions for authentication, Payment Gateways, back office administration, mobile money payments etc Indicate the aftersale services you offer and trouble shooting.
