Build simple chrome plugin

Hi there, If I understood well you want me to build a Chrome plugin using the given library which would be able to display tutorials on any website. If I understood you, you want me to develop a Chrome Extension, which would add tutorial on some website, not to add tutorial on website itself directly? In first case, I'd need you to give me just website's address, and your description how the tutorial should look like.
