Good Afternoon my name is Edgar Morales with TCN Web & IT Solutions in Houston Texas. We are seeking an experienced website developer and coder who can assist us with building out a website for a client. The type of website we will be building out is a Corporate style website with eCommerce functions such as E-store and the ability for customers to book and pay for detail appointments on the website. we are willing to pay up to $150 a hour to a qualified developer . This is a urgent project and we need to hire on someone asap to assist with this project. Brief Scope of Work We are looking to have a site designed and built out that is highly responsive and have a react js kind of look and feel to it that is compatible with WordPress. Visitors will be able to come to the site and see what the company does, what the company offers such as services, products etc., see current promotions and coupons and shop detail products and more. Important Notice We are looking for an experienced website designer and developer who is skilled at WordPress and who can get started on work right away. We have a deadline to have this entire site built and ready by Sunday May 31,2020. You must be able to get started on work right away and work to finish this project on time. Do not submit a proposal or bid unless you are 100% free and ready to get started on work. Rules and Terms and conditions of the Project 1. Must be able to work at least 16 hours a day 2. There will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS, MILESTONES FOR THIS PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS STRICTLY A PAY BY THE HOUR FOR WHAT YOU TRACK USING THE TRACKER. 3. YOU MUST AGREE THAT BY WORKING ON THIS PROJECT YOU MUST WORK WITHIN OUR SERVERS AT ALL TIMES. WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO WORK FROM DEV LINKS OR FROM YOUR LOCAL AND THEN TRANSFER. THE WEBSITE MUST BE LIVE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BUILDOUT PROCESS. 4. I WILL BE WORKING WITH YOU THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE PROJECT ASSISTING YOU WITH THE BUILD-OUT, TESTS AND CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS IF NEEDED. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NON NEGOTIABLE AND WILL NOT CHANGE.
