Teach me how to log in to server using VPN

I have a client who is using a VPN. In the past I have always used an FTP program or control panel to access the sites I work on. The log on information I have been provided with is something new to me and I haven't been able to access the site or make any changes to it. I need someone who understands how to use the login information below and explain to me how I can use it to access and make changes to the site. Ideally I would like you to log on to my computer using team viewer and show me how to do this.
