I need online scheduling capability. A great example can be found at: [login to view URL] Click on online booking, you’ll see what I’m looking for. I’d obviously need to change the variables, but you’ll get the essential idea. I need the ability for a lawyer or their assistant to select: 1. either a mediation or arbitration 2. A half or full day 3. The area of law (probably 6-8) 4. A particular individual or all associates ( probably 8 associates) 5. And the date range they’re interested in The next page would then show dates and availability and allow the lawyer to click on scheduling/booking. Obviously this scheduling software would have to interface with the associates "Google" calendar to know their availability. That would then generate a form that is emailed to us that would also allow the lawyer/assistant to include additional information, such as who is booking the session, their contact information, etc.
