Poker Site

Well lets see if anyone can help me. I am looking to launch a site for my local friends and I. It is for Texas Holden, the poker card game.

I want to have a forum, and poll area, contact information for all members, a place to put links and that I can add buttons as needed.

I want the site to beable to let someone post a poker game with all the needed information, have the systems email out the invite to all memebers and then accept rsvp's.

It need to look kinda of cool and maybe have a logo that we can put on t-shirts.

I do not have a lot of cash to spend on this so be kind.

THanks to all that respond. The most important part is the email system.
