URGENT simple WordPress website redesign

PLEASE REVIEW OUR REQUEST IN DETAIL BEFORE BIDDING - What we need or require: We need to completely redesign the website for [login to view URL] a WHOLESALE BUSINESS OF USED CLOTHING. We currently have a website but would like it completely redesigned and developed on WordPress, scalable and with graphics, animations, and banners on HTML5. We also will like a new logo and favicon. The site is currently design and hosted on Microsoft Office Live. The new site should be modern, professional looking and completely SEO optimized for all browsers with a mobile version accessible when somebody looks for our keywords on a mobile browser. It should contain information about our company, team, contact information, our expertise, services we provide, areas we cover, clients we serve, industry news, cases studies, etc. The web site should be available in English and Spanish (it is presently in Spanish) It can be the same content but only changing the text language. The new site should be user friendly and easily customizable. The page will be hosted on a Windows 2008 Server at our offices. - What I already have versus what the provider will build: We already have a site [login to view URL] but would like it to be completely redesigned including graphic elements, animations, banners (preferable HTML 5). The site should be scalable and have a mobile version that will be accessible when somebody look for our keywords on a mobile browser. We can provide some photographs and likely some stock photos will be needed. - Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: IMPORTANT! We are changing hosting companies and will scrap our current web page on April 29, 2012, therefore will need to get something even if not the finish product within two or three days online. In terms of style, we want a professional look that will appeal to potential buyers mostly in US, Central America, South America, Africa and Spain. In general the site should give the impression of a well established and recognized company. The site should optimized for all browsers and SEO improved as to position the website on the first pages of Google/Yahoo/MSN/AOL and the rest of the main search engines if anyone is searching for our keywords to be provided later. - Specific expertise that we are seeking: You should have experience designing websites, strong experience with WordPress, HTML5, web design, graphic design, mobile sites and search engine optimization is a must. - Timeframe for delivery: We would like to have this up and running within 1 week.
