HTML / Graphic Design required as a website template (URGENT!)

I need an HTML working template design which will need to accommodate the same functionality of the features contained at [login to view URL] The whole site will be dynamically outputted, so will therefore need a menu based round a YP Slide Out Menu (See link). [login to view URL] The look & feel of the design should be slick, vibrant, eye catching and geared towards girls 18-30’s in age.
