Static, professional website design

I'm looking for an experienced web design professional to help develop a new design for my existing small business website. My company is a computer security consulting services firm. While I want the site to appear professional and somewhat unique (i.e., not a cookie-cutter design or layout or "theme"), I also need it to remain simple - for security and manageability reasons. I do not want dynamic content, or any interactive technologies - i.e., no blog, no shopping cart, no comments, no 'contact us' form, no user login. Definitely no Flash animations. I do not want web 2.0 / social networking feeds / links. I don't want an administrative interface or a content management system (e.g., Joomla) - I am comfortable managing and maintaining my site using SFTP and an HTML editor. I have an existing logo that I would like to work with, if possible, since I've done other branding with it. I also have the content that I intend to include on the new site. What I really need is a professional to improve the layout, navigability, and general presentation of my site. Development of several "mockup" options would be great.
