WEB PROJECT MANAGER

Our company is currently developing several medium-size websites under Joomla mainly with B2B focus and usually each project has its team of freelancers (coders, graphics, writers, ..) We would need to hire a project manager that can manage the debug to golive process and monitor for some of the projects : - Debug process - Scheduling / Reporting process - Quality control - Content upload - Support Documentation - Security processes Basically, the job is to coordinate/manage the freelance project team and make sure that we meet delivery dates and high quality levels, based on clear specifications documents we provide. Key competencies for this job are good and proven web project management with freelancers, knowledge of the Joomla platform, marketing expertise and customer focus, high level of quality focus, and very good communication skills. As our company constantly develops new web projects, this job is basically a long term assignment. We budget that each project would need about 2 h monitoring on 10 days. We are open to hourly billing based on justified hours. We have about 5- 6 web site projects running at any given time. References required
