Quick Small Writing Task

I need a quick small A4 side on the topic of marriage. The exact question to answer is "Is marriage out of date?"

I want someone to write it with the answer being No. Needs to be written as if it is a personal opinion but backed up with evidence/reasons.

So just one A4 side on above. Looking for writer to do this for around $10 to $20 within an hour or two max.
