ClickBank Sales Page and Artwork

I am looking for someone to write a Click Bank sales page for a piece of software used in online casinos. I require bidders that are familiar with clickbanks terms or service as the sales copy will need to meet their approval. This will involve not just the sales page, but all pages required by clickbank in order for it to meet approval i.e. thank you page/payment page etc. The ideal candidate will be able to produce a long and convincing sales page, to include the following types of information:- Proof of earnings (I have scans of bank statements that I would like to be photoshoped in nicely) Testimonials (I already have these with pictures to accompany) Video Integration (I will provide the video) Webform integration (just an aweber form) Download Free software Demo from the sales page (I'm provide this) I also require branding and logo design, so you must have good graphic design skills. I will also like a pop up on exit box to promt the customer to try the free download before leaving the site All bidders must have a good command of the english language.
