Its type of encryption not hash as it length is 368 bit , not known as familiar hash .. i have master degree in cryptography so may i can help ? thanks

Hi Brittany, The lenght of string you provided does not match with any of the standard hash functions. You need to provide more information like multiple strings. It does not look like an encrypted or Hashed key to me. It looks like user has merged multiple values to make a key, and the special characters are to working as separater between the values.
