This project is to build a linux script based scraper that logs into a http/https aspx portal and then queries pages and keeps counting up, for example: http:/[login to view URL] http:/[login to view URL] http:/[login to view URL] http:/[login to view URL] Inside the page there are a few objects which lists the zipcode and city, for example: <span id="ContentPlaceHolder1_lblSiteLocationZipCode">89117</span> <span id="ContentPlaceHolder1_lblSiteLocationCity">Las Vegas</span> The idea is to scan the entire page for any work orders in Las Vegas and to record any matches to a csv file. Once the work orders run out (the page will give an error) the program remembers the last good work order count and then pauses until the next day, where it continues to scrape any new data that shows up on the aspx webpages.
